The offensive line is the big problem. Too many changes: Replacing Whit, Allen, Edwards, Sheldon, & Anchrum has devastated the offensive line. They can't protect or run block worth a darn right now. You know you are in trouble when you see Bobby Evans lining up.
McVay/Coen are going to need to cook something up and fast to offset this deficiency which will be quite difficult. But ditching the longer developing pass route and rolling the QB would be a good start. Not sure what to do about the running game but running guys into the line isn't working at all.
Finally, a voice of reason. If I'm not mistaken, wasn't Havenstein the only OLineman that started both yesterday and the Super Bowl? Does that affect a QB when he can't trust the protection? Does it affect playcalling when you know half your plays you can't block? Does it affect the running game?
People people, we shouldn't be surprised. It's happening to the Bucs much the same way...and Brady has been tossing some headscratchers along the way with fewer points than the Rams.
