Or why not teach a limited set of plays to AD as RB?

He's a better athlete than Refrigerator Perry was and would be a load to stop.
Fake handoff and toss about the third or fourth time we see him as a RB, and a play where he just pushes Haverstein (our best road grader) forward.
Or maybe play Gaines as RG beside Havs. Straight-agead old-school hit-shove-and-grunt blocking with rest of OL pulling and coming in behind to shover the pile forward.
Fun to think about, but McVay is too disciplined to consider such nonsense.
