I don't see it as a big deal mind you. Just structurally there are problems with doing it.
Point taken, Merlin. In your case you are active on 2 boards at least so you can readily defend your positions.
But why should we pass on a gem of a post simply because the author can’t defend them? In that case the author will never know or care.
I'm not saying you should stop doing it. I am not going to speak for others. For myself I'm fine with it.
What I am saying is you're asking the wrong group. You should make a post about it on the other site and ask if anyone has a prob with it. If not you're good. If one or two do have a problem with it then don't use their content.
