He just needs to catch those balls in the end zone. So many talk about speed, or how slow a guy is. Skow is slow, he's not an athlete,
now it's on to ARob being too slow and we need OBJ again. I don't get it, you guys are calling on a guy that right at this time doesn't exist, he's not signed, he's still in rehab.
I am not sure about ARob's speed at this time because he may still be thinking too much, trying to get on page with Matthew. He may indeed have lost a step, but he is supposed to have really good hands and great at contested balls, that is why I thought they picked him up, not because of his 40 time.
They have had little time to work together, the timing is off, that TD pass was 100% on ARob, there was no need for speed on that play, speed had no factor in the drop. Neither IMO do his fades in the end zone, when they come up, those are about timing and placing the ball right foe him.
I would like to see him on some crossing routes, you don't need speed for that, just crisp route running, I think he is good at that. Those fades in the TD area, no need for speed there. It's only game 3, I'll give him some more time as well as pretty much everyone on that team....they all have work to do, much improvement can be done after 3 games.
