For the Rams to redshirt him, they knew he could not clear waivers, so they kept him on the 53. Hes good, but he still has a few things to work on. Other than gaining experience in live action? And there’s only one way to get that.
That said, there are some very good and highly productive WR’s playing ahead of him, even with VJ out.
