What makes Skow valuable to this team is his versatility so that he can be used as a 2nd TE, a FB or as a WR. Rams could use a lead blocker at times for their small backs and since we don't have a FB Skow is the next closest thing. If you just look at him as a 4th WR he is unimpressive but when you look at him as a Swiss Army Knife type of guy he is a guy you want on your team and active during game day.
I am just waiting for him to get his first handoff to see how he runs the ball.
