Yeah, I won't attempt to defend the game plan except to say Allen bailed them out with fantastic play and their scheme had a couple wrinkles I've never seen before. So the defense had to guess and gamble more than normal and that leads to turnovers offset by big plays. Until you figure out how to thwart an offense, doesn't it make sense to limit the damage with safer calls?
This game is far more complex than most fans can process. The Rams were thoroughly outcoached. We know it, and they admit it. In some ways, we had the worst possible matchups (Miller/Noteboom). I just think the level of vitriol in this thread towards Morris as a coordinator is inappropriate for the entire body of his work.
