It's one thing to have a "special connection" with one receiver and quite another to have good connections with several. A QB can have extensive understanding of route shapes, option route choices, adjustments, scramble rules, etc...and this indicates his ceiling. But what about the "other" receivers, doesn't he have the responsibility to work well with them too? Of course.

Both Rodgers and Brady are emotional coaches on the field that will dress down a receiver during the game. They have respect because of their acumen, and many really appreciate them. But there are other ways of doing it like Manning, Stafford, and Mahomes. These players address the situation but have a humility about it that says we are working through it together.

Rodgers and Brady can F off. I prefer Stafford.
