Good post 43 not sure I am that optimistic
QB: Stafford: Backups weak by NFL standards, lack experience
RB: Akers/Henderson: FunkingWilliams is still on the prove it list with a long way to go.
WR: Kupp/Robinson/Jefferson: Prove it: Tutu/Harris/Skow/McCutcheon all are promising
TE: Higbee really good: Hopkins is still a prove it.
O Line: Noteboom, Edwards, Allen, Sheldon, Hav's. Look good but Sheldon is a prove it. Jackson, Anchrum, Arcuri are prove it. Evans has proved he sucks
D Line: Donald, Gaines, Robinson 1 great 2 solids. Copeland, Hoecht, Williams are prove it. So are the Brown boys
ILB: Jones/Wagner both rock stars: Howard, Kid from Iowa, Rosenboom, Gervase all have a lot to prove
OLB: Floyd/Hollis A very good and a solid, prove it Lewis for Health, Prove it Garret, Hardy, Thomas Whitley
CB: Hill/Ramsey one solid, one great, Cost to proven Long/Rochell, Rocking Rookies doing great Durant, Kendrick, Surprise Love
S Rapp, Fuller, Scott solid and deep, Close to prove it Burgess, Promising Rook Yeast , Lake who knows
Now on the prove it list are a lot of young guys and rookies that we will probably need. Lots of promise at WR and defensive backfield. Good competition on Both lines for backups. We have a lot young inexperienced guys that have talent but lack depth at QB & TE where there is a huge gap from the starter. Probably could say the same thing for AD too. I think the depth looks promising but the backups are very unproven though talented. Are we deep? Sometime during the season when injuries come as they always dowe will find out as these guy are given a chance to prove it on the field in real games.
