1) I cannot leave DirectTV because it's what my family has across the country and we watch together. I
2) I do not watch any other TV except college football, which I could get streaming.
3) Everything else is on streaming services in my house.
4) So I'm paying 1800-2100$ a year for Sunday ticket and college football.

5) I've ben a customer my entire adult life.
6) You need to fix that.
