Now's the time of the year some of us post how we threatened to cancel DirecTV and, as a result, we got them to provide us with NFL Sunday Ticket free. I just got off the phone and yes, they came through again. It's just that, even with this discount, the cost of DirecTV is very high because we subscribers are nickel-and-dimed with other charges and they really add up. Thankfully I can afford to stick with DirecTV, at least for now, but I can see why many American middle-class people are finding other ways to get their entertainment.
