Joe will never be Whit but he's better than average and with good health, performs to a similar level as Havenstein but with near mirror differences. Whereas Havs is a run game mauler who really has to be at his best to handle speed rushers, Boom is a fluid athlete who mirrors well and walls defenders in the run game, but isn't going to overpower the stouter edge rushers.
So, let's context this:
Pace, Slater, Whitworth - Level 1
Harrah, Cowan, Mack - Level 2
Timmerman, Noteboom, Saffold - Level 3
BTW, that's the ceiling not yet fulfilled for Joe.
