I like how McCutcheon showed up for sure, but one has nothing to do with the other. He played very well and made Perkins look good for sure, but he was going against guys like himself.....guys trying to stick on the roster or make a practice squad. He's a keeper but if it's him or TuTu for a roster spot I think TuTu gets the spot. Not a good thing for a team that has so few upper picks to miss on one....they need TuTu to make a spot for himself, and I think he will.
I would think TuTu was happy for the guy, I can't really see a guy sitting on the bench in a preseason game going into his 2nd year only wishing he was playing over an undrafted guy......Last night was a 1st look see at players you are totally unsure of....that's all it was. #82 showed up...that's all that's about.....
By the way I don't think Perkins can pass worth a dang.....he's tough though, but I don't think they need to hold a spot for him like they did last year.....of course it's game 1 of 3 to be sure about it.
