Tutu is doing much better, but he he still can be overpowered at the line, is not that great of a run support blocker, and cannot do all the things.
Ben Skowronek is bigger and is doing those things much better that Tutu.
I want to see Tutu do well, I just don't see him working since it would be an obvious pass play when he is for example.
Skow does the other stuff pretty well but he is a WR with unreliable hands and getting open and catching the ball is the number one job of a WR. Still I see him getting into the rotation as a WR/H Back type of player and if he becomes more reliable catching the ball I see him getting on the field.
Tutu has great hands and can get open especially with McVay devising ways to get him a free release. Still Tutu will never be a good blocker and he probably goes down on the first decent hit. That said if he can stay healthy he can another WR that can deliver an explosive play, especially when Kupp and Robinson are drawing the attention of the defense.
When you pass 50% of the time you want to have your game changers on the field. Tutu has a chance to be a game changer, not saying that he is there yet but his play in camp suggests that there is a chance for that to happen. If it does it adds a dangerous dynamic to this offense. Can't wait to see how both these guy do in the preseason.
