Henderson looked fast and completely healthy. He took a swing pass from Stafford and beat the defensive end to the corner with very good speed. He also took a lot of snaps behind Akers and I believe he is going to still be a bigger part of the offense.
As for Akers, after watching two practices hear is one of my biggest take aways. Akers is going to have a huge year catching the ball. As defenders drop into zones trying to protect against Kupp, Robinson, and Jefferson's crossers, Akers slips though the line and Stafford found him a few times for easy receptions. But what Akers is excellent at is making the first tackler miss in space, and this is going to allow Stafford to dump it to Akers when there is nothing downfield, and Akers will get you 8 - 10 years just by making the first defender miss. I really feel good about this happening this year.
