That would be nice, but according to the article, it doesn't appear as though the NFL Sunday Ticket will be standalone. It sounds as though Apple TV wants the right to stream it. That means (like it was with DTV) you might have to purchase a service...to purchase a service.
I hope that I'm wrong about that.
