It might have just been wishful thinking but I was of the opinion that the reason why Clowney hadn't already resigned with the Browns was because he was seriously considering the Rams on the down low. Then once the Quinn possibility appeared, the interest in Clowney dried up. Clowney then signs a one year deal with the Browns. Quinn is the ideal Miller replacement. I prefer him over Clowney, Ingram. In fact I prefer bringing the Mighty Quinn back over Mack, outplayed him on the Bears last year. I would also argue Quinn was a better edge than Miller when Quinn was a Ram and I still feel that way now. If the Rams can restructure Kupp and AD, to bring back OBJ and Quinn this team ight be better than last year's squad despite losing Bobby Trees and Big Whit.
