I think Baker is clearly better than The Wolf and Perkins too. The problem is Baker thinks he is a starter and won't want to be a backup...not even for 1 year. IMO, he holds out to try and get a starter gig if someone goes down in camp, preseason or early on during the season and that just might be his best option right now.
