Would rather have a veteran insurance policy behind Stafford.
Both Wolford and Perkins are underwhelming to say the least.
Okay, who? Really not that much out there and I have always felt this is a weak area around the NFL. Hell, it is hard to find 32 starting QB's let alone a certified backup. Again, many put an onus on experience and Wolford has that, Perkins offers something different with his legs, but again is limited with his arm. So maybe you like somebody like Kyle Sloter of the USFL, who has had some good stats in NFL preseason, but IMO, I believe the Rams like Wolford for what he offers from the neck up and Perkins because of his running ability and will be shocked if they make a change here.
I agree 100% there really isn't a good vet out there that's why I want to go with who has "more" potential. Right now, to me, that is Perkins.
IMO, The Wolf and Perkins have "similar" arm issues but Perkins seems like the better athlete.
A big NO to Sloter! He throws way to many int's although they say he has a groin issue right now so that could be a factor. I think both The Wolf and Perkins are better than Sloter.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
