98% of Sofi is sold out to SSL owners, so the Pickens are slim, and only a few available left are all in 500's
Rams do have a new program that is allowing people to roll their SSL fee into the ticket price to ease the pain of the one time fee.
You might look into Facebook groups as sometimes people sell their PSL for what ever reason if you want lower levels, but it will come at a cost.
