I have seen lots of sports pundits and social media posts blasting the rams for McVay's reaction but I think they have misjudged him. To me he was more surprised at the pick being that high and genuinely thought he would fall to the 3rd round. I don't think he was mocking the Patriots.. Also I don't think McVay was feeling any pain LOL
