Right on, Mama.
Our 10 month old Weimaraner puppie came into this world with a genetical defect in his right front foot. The bone is partially missing so he can basically only use 3 legs which gives him a limp. nobody wanted him and the breeder was about to sent him to an animal shelter or worse. Since we already decided before we even knew about him to get one of his brothers we adopted him too. We named him Ivar because during that time I watched "Vikings". Our Ivar is the most intelligent dog you can imagine but the similarities with the original Ivar stops there because our Ivar is so caring, so thankful to be with us and his brother (Hunter). They are a joy to have.
Ivar will get an operation in June where they will craft a bone out of titanium that will be implemented in his leg. That will give him a chance to use the leg a lot better than he can at this moment.
Go Rams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
