Don't force the run, don't get in a passing drill with them either. It seems to me to be kinda simple, if they line up with a short front and heavy back run until they stop it, pass if they go man and rush 4 or 5. If they go 4 up front control the line and run or pass. I wouldn't put a number needed out there and say that's what is needed to win.
You can control the clock several ways, not just running the ball...you can use the short pass game and get the same outcome.....Take what they give, play to the game that gives you the better number of guys to out play them.....Adjust as it comes needed, don't play the out smart them game.....win the LOS passing or running...
You just said a mouthful there, roman.
Rams have the personnel to win in many different ways. Hopefully, McVay has learned his lesson.
It’s hard enough to win a SB without trying to hammer square pegs into round holes for 60 minutes.
