the season starts and the board is all over the place, from finishing 500 to anything above.....The concerns pop out about the QB, then the 3 losses appear and bam, so many going on about that's it, we can't do it, it's over.......the cards take a 2 game lead, that's the biggest part of the season to me.....making up that 2 game spread and doing it by beating them, taking care of it in house.
IMO erasing that lead and taking over was what brought back a zeal to the team, it gave proof to them that it is theirs to take. They took it to the bank, all the new pieces started jelling. I really pray for Robert Woods, that guy was an epoxy glue....I will watch this game and think about him all game.
The bengals are a test, a real test, but it just seems like this team has willed itself to make the dream become reality.....They (bengals) have a hell of an offense, IMO every bit that of the cowboys who the media pronounced the best or top 2-3......Their defense is unassuming but can make needed plays....
With all that said, sometimes it's just that "THING', "IT".....that essence that wafts around a team...they over come, they achieve......at 1 minute it's WTF, My God......but with seemingly confident ice cold determination this team pulls through.....mistakes are replaced by crazy perfection...
