The Rams offense was methodical running and passing throughout the game. The niners were stymied on offense most of it. The Rams went up 20-6 late in the third quarter. The Rams then gave up a touch down midway though the final quarter. McVay sensing a momentum shift after driving the ball just past midfield dialed up the play of his career facing a 4th and short . Stafford attempted to draw the NIners offside, but no one moved. He then stepped back with 4 seconds on the play clock and took a couple of steps toward the sideline. Akers took a direct snap and moved to his left only to pitch the ball back to Kupp who was coming around to the right. It looked like the niners had them stopped, but Kupp hit HIigbee in stride with a pass and with no defenders around he waltzed into the end zone. The entire Rams offense ran into the end zone and perform the infamous and previously outlawed BOB and WEAVE in honor of the “Greatest Show on Turf”. On the sidelines, but near the end zone honorary captains, Isaac Bruce and Tory Holt were seen doing the BOB and WEAVE too! The Rams are now off to the Super Bowlj with an impressive 27-13 to beat whoever they face!
