Atwell was never drafted as a returner, that was merely a potential fringe benefit.
Atwell was drafted as a future DJ replacement.
But look at this WR room now. Kupp, Woods, OBJ, Jefferson. Where, exactly, does Atwell fit in? Whose snaps is he gonna take away? Assuming he can even stay healthy?
