The Ref's need to call the holding on #99....Plain and simple.
I think we all are tired of seeing AD being held and getting no calls. I think there was more to this one than that though. AD looked like he wanted kill that dude or at least hurt him really bad. It's a good thing they broke them up or there was no telling what would have happened.
We have seen AD lose his cool a few times already. This isn't the first time. His attempted choke, eye rake and swing were a little troubling IMO.
It's one thing to push someone or get in their face and yell but when you try to rake their eyes, choke them and take a swing too, it's a different story.
As I said earlier, IMO, it's not a good look for someone of his stature and the example he sets for younger people that look up to him as a role model. This doesn't help his legacy at all.
I love AD's intensity but there is a line that can be crossed and he came close to that line on Monday night. Plus, if I was an opposing player, I would be trying to get under his skin hoping he would loose his cool and get penalized.
He was lucky he wasn't ejected, penalized and fined. AD needs to beat the guy across from him with his talent...not his fists! He needs to control himself a little more IMO.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
