You answered your own question when you cited his broken ankle. Maybe he isn't all the way back. Maybe he list a step. Maybe he hasn't caught up with the new playbook. Who knows. These guys are seen and evaluated every day in practice by professional talent evaluators. I'm not at practice so I don't know. Since he was a valued draft pick and looked strong as a rookie maybe he'll re-emerge.
