I agree. On the whole they have clearly made way more good moves than bad since 2017. I think any team's fans can create a list of complaints but I would put these 4 you mentioned at the top as really pretty bad this year...

- hiring Morris vs. elevating Pleasant
- drafting Atwell vs. Humphrey
- lack of ANY depth at TE behind Mundt
- Keeping Hekker (17th ranked punter by PFF) over Bojo (4th).

With DeCamillis, we all gave him benefit of the doubt but things simply have not improved overall vs. 2020. The only real difference this year is having Gay in place from day one vs. taking half of 2020 to find him. The one place I'll give DeCamillis a bit of a pass is at KOR where injuries at RB really have emptied the cupboard there.
