Have been stuck in the mud with some, who for 2-3 months, who
(1) think Morris is using his own sheet music
(2) should be fired
(3) think this Rams defense is a bottom 5 or bottom 10 defense
If people would admit that
1) this is Staley's scheme (some have come around)
2) that his firing is a silly notion at this point
3) this defense is not great but it is not god-awful, either
we could get somehwere
There are things I am not happy with
Morris would not have been my choice.
Wade Phillips would not have been my choice
My preference would have been someobne
from a 4-3 school, so Aaron Donald
would be unleased, but when he did super
under Phillips I knew I was wrong about Phillips
and Donald was still great under Staley so
I kept an open mind about Morris, that's all
