And by all means, I think players like playing for Raheem. He's a players coach.

Jalen likes playing that Star position and that's what Raheem lets him do.

But Raheem's shortcoming is when it comes to the X's and O's and being able to scheme and game plan against an offense.

In that regard, he doesn't cut it and that's the problem.
