What are your expectations for later round picks?
I've highlighted the guys who became starters along with the league-wide average for starters drafted at that position in that round (from an article I posted elsewhere in this thread).
That's at least 5 starters, and you can make a case also for Howard (who was named a starter before getting hurt).
Based on league averages for the positions taken and the rounds they were taken in the Rams should have had 2 or 3 starters. So basically, the Rams did twice as good as the league average.
(You missed Higbee and Cooper from the 2016 draft and also Allen and Kiser from the 2018 draft so I added them to the list.)
