If you look at what Snead has done in the draft since the last time we had a first round pick in 2016, its about league average.
All the talk about nailing the draft with the lower picks is just that all talk. He's done ok, but he hasn't added many big pleasant surprises.
Add in the frustrating recent misses in the 2nd to 4th rounds like Atwell, Hopkins, Evans, and Long. And you got a very top heavy team with lots of holes.
I get it that you can't hit on all your picks, but Snead is the guy who said we have to do better with our lower picks and he hasn't done any better than the norm with them.
