My absolute guess..

is that in Detroit he really didn't have any pressure on him because Detroit always sucked.. If Stafford played lights out, they might win, but there was no real pressure on him.. Now there is a TON of pressure on him to win.. and the more big named guys we sign, the more pressure there is.. and he's not handling it very well.. Just a guess..
