And the Cards are playing the Pack on Thursday!
If the Cards lose they'll fall to 7-1, and if the Rams hold serve and beat the Texans they'll also be 7-1 (with a game against the Cards down the road, on Dec 13.)
If the Pack loses they'll fall to 6-2 and the Rams at 7-1 will be ahead of them for any home field considerations (with a game against the Pack coming up pretty quick, on Nov 28. The Rams will be coming off a bye for that game, the Packers game is sandwiched between a couple of their division games, the Vikings on Nov 21 and the Bears on Dec 12. Will the Rams game be a trap game for the Pack?!?)
