I love McVay.
He had the balls and the charisma to hire Wade Phillips when he became coach to run his defense. Then the balls and determination to fire him, fire Kromer etc. and bring in his People.
As 2k also posted, this guy is a kid and has a coaching tree with various branches (GB, Cincy and LAC). That is crazy.
JR is a team player and a player that brings swag and attitude to our defense. There will be times when their egos collide but ultimately, its We (McVay) not Me (JR) and while I never like to hear of the incident mentioned, its probably just a heat of the moment thing that both have since forgotten about.
