Harris is always available. But I doubt they see him as a Mundt replacement.
Mundt's deal was always blocking, hardly ever running a pattern. Heck Blanton can run a pattern every now and then.

It'll be Blanton because of his blocking.

The bigger issue is knowing the playbook and executing.
