I'd agree with the 10-15% range. It was enough that the pro bucs cheers caught me off guard a couple of times with how loud it got, but it wasn't overwhelming or problematic for the team. Overall though, the LA fans really brought it and the noise seems to really bounce around and off that roof. It was my first game at the new stadium and from when we first got to our seats through to when the game got out of hand, the noise level was impressive and I kept thinking to myself that this place is the home field advantage I've always wanted. My ears were ringing for several hours after.
