What were the logistics like (considering this was the first time SoFi Stadium/Inglewood hosted a capacity crowd)?
1) What was it like navigating in/out of the stadium? Any recommendations?
2) Did it take a long time to get through ticket gates?
3) Were all concession vendors in operation?
4) Did you get a sense as to whether or not the venue can affect opponents in yerms of crowd noise?
I have pink lot(tailgate parking) got stuck in traffic on freeway due to accidents, but ended up getting off freeway at 11:40 and was in the lot by 12:05....lot's of traffic, but experience pays off and got in the right lane.
if you try leaving the game right after the game you will sit in traffic, so we just fire up the grill and listen to the post game show and hang out about an hour....then leave with little traffic
got to the stadium gates about 4:45 and were in our seats by 5... huge crowd, but got in very quickly
all concessions were open
yes, it is much louder than the coliseum....I can image some closer games getting very loud. I've been to every game since they've been back and this seemed to be the most Rams fans I've ever seen...there were Bears fans of course, but not nearly as many as I expected....maybe tickets are too expensive theses days? There are about 50 seats in our section and there were only four Bears fans, unfortunately sat right behind me, but they were very quiet and well behaved.
It was freaking awesome to finally see a real game in my seats that we've waited two seasons for
Those unis looked great!!!
I'll try to post some pics soon
