I can't say that I'm an expert but when Graham was with the Saints, what you're talking about was on display. He was a big deal and then went to the Seahawks. Where he did have "some" success but IMO was always a disappointment. I really feared when the Seahawks got him but as great as Wilson is, they never could get dominant performances from him. Which to me, illustrates the greatness of Brees.
So then Graham moved onto the Packers and hopes of him rekindling that dominant form he flashed as a Saint would re-emerge by having Rodgers throwing him the ball. But he's gone from Brees to Wilson to Rodgers to now, the Bears. Any team that doesn't heavily feature him has trouble getting any production out of him.
On a flyer, for cheap, if McVay wanted him then maybe. But to trade for him in season? That seems very far fetched.
