I spent a lot of time yesterday researching the impact of an Achilles tear for the main RB can do to an NFL team. The Indy Colts just had a similar injury last year with 1000 yard rusher Marlon Mack.

The result? Jonathon Taylor rushed for 1100 yards.

Akers may have a tough row to hoe, but the LA Rams will likely be fine. Rushing offenses remain very adept at running the ball, it seems.
