How in the world does preventing people from going to work, from keeping their businesses alive and running, from suppliers being able to feed the unmet demand, from the economy going into the toilet, in any way an endeavor of capitalism? This is purely about government control run amok... the other end of the political and economic spectrum from capitalism.
