Wow. That evaluation is nearly the opposite of what the Rams say
I never said the evaluation or scouting report I posted was the Rams view of him.
Lots of Jitter Bug guys come in and are soon out of the league for that reason.
And this is why I pointed it out because Tutu is not a jitter bug like Tavon was. He knows where to go and commits.
For now, I give the Rams' evaluation of him every benefit of the doubt. For me, Snead and McVay have proved their merit at picking good players.
For now, I also concur with the Rams taking him at #57 overall. They badly needed a bolt of lightening deep threat and the Rams brass selected Tutu to fill that role.
Recently DeSean Jackson (34 years old) has not proven he can be relied on for an entire season let alone a postseason run.
If you read my post response title you would see that I said...
I'm in the small group that thinks Tutu will shine as a rookie.

I'm rooting for this little dude to explode and be a major impact. I believe he will be but there are so many doubts about him that I second guess myself about him daily. Only because of his size and want him to be around for several years.
He's by far the most intriguing Rams draft pick I've been excited to see in a long time.I've been on board with Tutu since the second he was announced. He was not my first choice but he was a much needed element for McVay and Stafford.
I liked the little man film. He has a some boom or bust traits because of his size but I'm on board.
