Strength of schedule - TB has the easiest schedule: On paper

On paper it's seems to be obvious that the Bucs are going to feast on their 2021 schedule. (no surprise)

The 49ers appear to have a much easier path on paper compared to the Rams. (very obvious)

The Rams on paper have a gritty schedule. (the NFL gave them their schedule based on their performance in 2020. Not a lot of cupcakes on the schedule.

There is no doubting the Rams have a tough schedule based on the records of the 2020 season opponents on their schedule in 2021.

This is why the NFL is so fun. There seems to always be 3 - 5 teams that rise up and make the playoffs nobody predicted.

Unless there is a melt down with the Rams offensive line or long term injuries to key players, the Rams are a consensus favorite to win 11 to 13 games for a reason.
