Bain Island, nice ferry from the pier (forget the #) . It's a nice little place, step off and it's bicycle transportation, vineyards and touristy stuff. Ferry ride gives you a great view of the city. We went for like 2 weeks and took the Ferry through the San Juan Islands to BC and Victoria too, stayed there a couple days. Rented a car and the ferry was a car hauler. But yes Bain Island is a nice place too.
