Phillips busting led to the Marshall Faulk trade....which was a big part of winning the Super Bowl

Taking Harrison would have meant no Torry Holt....both great receivers....on the other hand, had they had taken Harrison, they could have taken Champ Bailey in '99....who many thought was going the be the pick over Holt anyway.
