Tavon had the overall better game by far compared to tutu in college. Tavon was a threat anywhere on the field running, receiving, and kick and punt returns. Tutu is just a receiver with very limited experience rushing or returning in college. He only had 12 carries in his career for 2.2 avg. He is not a jet sweep guy that I keep hearing about. He is not a proficient wr either as he has only been playing the position for 3 years. He had one great year of production his sophomore year and above average but not great junior year. His only asset is his speed he is not a route technician and is not very elusive with lateral movement or jukes. He goes down on any type of contact and has some fumbling issues 5 fumbles in last two years. I don't know how this pick makes sense to anyone other than McVay. He is going to have hard time adjusting in the pros were his speed will be matched by everyone else on the field. It doesn't look good to me but who knows he will get 3rd or 4th corner coverage so maybe he will be able to win under those circumstances.
