I agree with the Talib/Goff complaints. It has nothing to do with being "tough." Or being cut. Or any of that "employees should be docile" stuff. You want your head coach to communicate effectively without causing issues, and McVay has already admitted he has to work on that. So like many defenses of Rams management, this is one of those where management already admits it's an issue they will work on.
