San Fran - I loved the Trey Lance pick. I hate it because I love rooting for my Bison in the NFL, now I hope he is mediocre at best, LOL, And I think if Shanny can mold him, he is gonna be a stud. I thought Banks was a reach, but he is a mauler. Fits that run down your throat mentality. Sermon should fit what they do, but he isn't a wow back to me. Thomas doesn't excite me either. The rest of their draft was meh. This draft will all hinge on Lance. Its either an A or an F.
Seattle - D'Wayne Eskridge made little sense, unless they really decide to chuck the rock. Forsythe is a nice developmental OT, but he can't help that line this year and they need to protect Wilson. Brown is a decent CB, but nothing physically exciting. Humphrey or Meinerz really made a lot more sense to me over Eskridge.
Arizona - Collins is a nice LBer, but does he have a natural position? Like Simmons last year, a bunch of guys that are positionless. I didn't love that pick. Their top need was CB right? And Farley, Newsome and Stokes were on the board. Seemed like a big miss. Moore is a weapon like Tutu, but his injury history scares me. But if he stays healthy that WR group is scary. Wilson is a CB I really liked, but man he has some bonehead in him. Loved the Wiggins pick at safety. The other picks were ok. Menet is an undersized center. Gowan might be too slow to stay at CB. Dimukeje is underwhelming athletically.
I think they all had mixed bag drafts. Seattle failed to address the line seriously, SF hinges on a kid with 19 starts that threw less than 19 passes a game and Arizona seemed to miss their biggest need.
