Everything I need to know about this I got from reading this board.
The problem with the offense was Goff, not the oline or playcalls. Oline struggles were not a valid excuse.
Ergo, the oline was fine then and is still fine.
Stafford is way better than Goff and will make the oline, the receivers, and backs better as well.
Ergo, the oline is already better than last year (when it was fine), without adding anything.
Goff didn't need a new, improved center to succeed. He just needed to not be Goff.
Ergo Stafford doesn't need a new center to succeed either. He just needs to not be Goff. Problem solved.
Can't wait.
